gavies Hall of Fame

The gavies Hall of Fame is a photo gallery showcasing gavies customers' babies and toddlers sporting their gavies diapers.  A maximum of eight photos will be displayed, per page, alphabetically by child's name.

gavies Baby of the Month

Each month one photo, from the entire pool of photos submitted, will be randomly selected to be the gavies Baby of the Month photo.  This photo will be featured on gavies.com home page for the entire month.  Note that due to the random selection process it is possible that your photo might never be the feature photo, likewise it is possible that your photo may be the feature photo multiple times.

Photo Requirements

Photos submitted must be of your baby or toddler wearing his or her gavies.  You may submit photos of siblings together in one photo.  They can be wearing the diaper, the cover, or both but the gavies must be visible.

Your photo will be reviewed for acceptable content and you will be notified via e-mail whether your photo has been accepted.  This may take up to 10 days.  If your photo is not accepted you may submit a different photo immediately. 

Photo Submission

You may submit your photo (only one photo per child please) by e-mail or snail mail (US Postal Service) or upload your photo via the yahoo group for gavies.

To submit your photo via e-mail attach it to an e-mail message sent to HallofFame@gavies.com   E-mailed photos should be in jpeg (*.jpg) format and not exceed 90KB.

To submit your photo via snail mail first e-mail Hallof Fame@gavies.com to request the Hall of Fame postal address, then mail your photo to the specified address with a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope.)  We will scan your photo and return it to you in the SASE you provide.

If you upload your picture via the gavies Yahoo group, please be sure and notify the moderator, Robyn.

All photos submitted must include your name, your baby's name, and your e-mail address. Note: gavies will never post you or your baby's last name.

Photo Swapping

You may swap a previously submitted photo with a new photo of the same child at any time.  Simply submit your newer photo as directed in the Photo Submission instructions above, indicating that this is a photo swap.  Again it is important that you relay to us your name, e-mail, and child's name.  Please allow 10 days for the new photo to be accepted and published.

Photo Removal Request and Authorization

If, at any time, you wish to have your child's photo removed from gavies Hall of Fame  simply e-mail HallofFameRemoval@gavies.com identifying your name, e-mail, and your child's name.  We will send a removal verification e-mail to the e-mail address you provided upon submission and the address specified in the removal request (if different) and require your reply authorization prior to removing the picture from the site.   Please allow 10 days for the photo to be removed following your authorization.

Notes

Please note that we reserve the right to crop, resize, and/or increase or decrease the resolution of winning photos, as needed, to adhere with space limitations and to achieve the best possible photo clarity.
